SEVENTH CLASS

Lass class we saw a movie called North Korea, and these are some aspects about this country that the movie showed us:

• According to their thinking, the leader is never wrong.

• They believe that people in the south are rich, and the ones in the north of the country are poor.

• They believe that God is the leader and can do everything, and everything that has to do with him will be always the best.

• There is a red line that separates both sides, this red line is full of armies that are always watching every movement, everything is implemented to the defence and the military part.

• There is a lot of exaggeration and surrealism in North Korea.

• They are always proud of their atomic force and this and other things make this country to be the most impenetrable one. They think that nuclear weapons are for auto defence not for war.

• In North Korea there is not cars because the government does not allow to have one, there is only bicycles.

• Is a 100% communist country.

• The North Korean people do not use internet, they just can send e-mail but if they are previously reviewed.

The presentation:

This presentation was about Japan and the emotions in the workplace.

• The world’s most successful manufacturing and trading economy.

• Its culture has been influenced by Taoist, Confucian, Asian and Western ideas.

• Two sectors are visible in Japanese industry: a modern sector and a traditional one.

• There are some categories for the Japanese enterprises: Agricultural, industrial and information.

• Managerial know-how of the Japanese is gifted by their culture and society.

• Management training is based on regular rotation which enables managers to develop a detailed understanding of a number of varied operations.

• Emotions: are psychological and physiological episodes experienced toward an object, person, or events that create a state of readiness.
